The heart of Sunrise Lotus is the belief that every person carries a light within them — something rare, precious, and entirely their own. We aim to help children between the ages of 3-12 to reconnect with that light, to remember who they truly are beneath the noise of the world, and to express that authenticity with confidence and joy.

Our Story

Through creative, holistic, and heart-centred programs, Sunrise Lotus supports wellbeing and conscious living for all ages — nurturing emotional balance, self-awareness, and a sense of belonging to something greater.

Our purpose is simple yet profound: to inspire growth from the inside out, so that each person may live with clarity, compassion, and connection, and shine their light brightly into the world.
